Access transformer seeming to not work

I am trying to use this in my accsesstransformer.cfg  

public-f net.minecraft.item.AxeItem field_203176_a # STRIPABLES

But it does not seem to work. I am on 1.16.5 with mojaing mapping. On my IDE it says "Access Transformer entry is never used" but according to other this should work perfectly fine. 
Before you ask yes I did un comment it in the build.gradle and yes have have reloaded the gradle
