When I try and open the installer for 1.18.1, it asks which app I should open with. Java is not an option.

What should I do? I looked in "search PC for more apps," but I couldn't find Java anywhere. I definitely have it, I even tried opening the installer when Java was running once.

 

Please help me. I am a gamer and know my stuff, and I'm really confused.

    I meant Java as in Minecraft Java Edition...the program you suggested is prompting me download an app called Java. Sorry for not being specific.
