I have been modding my Minecraft 1.16.5 with forge and lots of cool generation mods and other things. When moving to new chunks in a world, typically 5 or so away from spawn, chests suddenly become un-interactable and creatures and players freeze. Its basically a permanent lag spike. New chunks wont load and the game softlocks. I cannot provide a crash log since the game doesn't crash, so I apologize for the lack of information. I think my terrain generation mods may be conflicting with each other. I currently have these mods installed. Can anyone let me know of any potential conflicts and/or fixes? thank you!

My forge and java are up to date and I do not have Optifine installed. I suspect the culprit is "When Dungeons Arise".
