1.16.5 Modpack consuming most of my RAM even when just in the title screen. I noticed these in the log, how may I fix these?

Can I at least play the modpack properly? I've poured so much time into it already. Any way I could mitigate it?

I have allocated 8GB or RAM to the modpack, but I reach almost 99% usage in the game at all times and almost use 9 GB of RAM in Task Manager just in the title screen, I'm really confused because the modpack was working just fine last night. My other modded instance works just fine as well, so I have no idea what steps to take from here. I made a new instance and copied everything over and the same issue happened again, I don't know what's wrong
