Custom mod list won't load and keep getting "failed to synchronize registry data from server"

Hey, I've been trying to log into a friend's modded server but I keep getting the message "failed to synchronize registry data from server". And when I try to make a singleplayer world it says that there are errors in currently selected datapacks and tells me to load in safe mode.

When I checked latest.log and debug.log I just keep seeing that the textures won't load. Please help me figure this out, I'm kinda going crazy.

(Also I was going to link latest.log and debug.log into this post as .txt files but I don't know how.)

I should also note that all the other people in the server didn't have any problems, if that's important.

Is that normal? Because I did. Do you have any suggestions on where to even begin fixing any of this?

If it's an option I've been thinking about resetting my pc for a while (for storage reasons) would that help?

Yes, I'm 100% sure. I'm guessing this is an OS problem, I feel like everything is pointing to it. I'm going to try resetting my computer in a few days and see what happens. Thanks for the help though.
