How do I update a TileEntity that implements ISidedInventory for 1.6.2? Sorry If this has been asked already but I've searched and I couldn't find anything.

Sorry, I was tired when I wrote that. I mean I can't find any guide on how to update a TE that implements ISidedInventory to 1.6.2 since the deprecated methods getStartInventorySide and getSizeInventorySide have been removed. On a side note, I'm fairly new to TE's, what do those two do?

They have been deprecated because you use this

/**
     * Returns an array containing the indices of the slots that can be accessed by automation on the given side of this
     * block.
     */
    int[] getAccessibleSlotsFromSide(int var1);

Returned array as a length, so you don't have to give the size yourself.

But if you are new to inventory management, maybe you should start with IInventory interface ?

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
