Got an error code and I don't know how to fix it. I've deleted the mods that i had recently installed and it still doesn't work.

The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated Exit Code: -1

Please post the full debug.log

Also try removing optifine

Deleted Optifine, Still Exit Code -1, Dont know if its the full log, Im new to added mods
