Unable to pickup items

I am trying to make a modpack for me and some friends to play in 1.16.5, but I can't pick up any items when I am in a world. How can I fix this? I can send the modlist if it is needed.

I know this issue. Are the items just laying on the ground or flickering and teleporting one block up and falling then down?

there is no server at the moment as I am trying to make sure the modpack works first.

I found the problem. The mod WYML was the culprit. Don't why it was the problem, but it was.

For me it was Performant together with WYML. They just dont work together I assume because they have a lot of shared functions...
