My Block isn't in the game (1.5.2)

Hey,

I lear coding with Forge via a tutorial and I wrote my code like in that tutorial, but it doesn't work. The Block isn't in the game, i can't see it in the Creative Mode Inventory although I added it to the Block Creative Tab. I sent the code to the guy who made the tutorial and he said the code is right...
