Everytime I or anyone else relogs they get the "Invulnerable" NBT tag toggled to 1 until they are /kill'ed, this happens on singleplayer & on multiplayer.

Latest.log attached, in the log I loaded a single player world in creative, switched to survival, were damage worked, then exited the world and re-entered and the invulnerable tag was set to 1 again.
