So I opened the installer, and it said to select a program from a list of installed programs. I did this, thinking "Oh, I'll just run it with Java". Well, Java wasn't on the list of programs. I've checked to make sure I have the latest version installed. Is there maybe another program I should be using to open the installer? Please help.

    Re-install Java. If that doesn't work, add the environment variable JAVA_HOME pointing to your Java installation and add %JAVA_HOME%\bin to your PATH.
