Can't access my world properly due to Internal Server shutting itself down

I created my own pretty big modpack with 200+ mods and been playing in a world for over a year now. I didn't have many problems until just recently my world crashed sometimes due to the internal server shutting down, but it wasn't a huge problem for me, but now whenever I join my world the internal server shuts down within a few minutes and I can't seem to find a fix, I already removed AdvancedRocketry once, because it's been the mod acting up often, but it didn't seem to fix my problem.

Forge Version: 1.16.5-forge-36.2.21
