My second question is how can i say the programm what RAM he became?

With your second question I assume you mean to ask how to change the RAM for a server? If so, simply apply the JVM args you want to the user_jvm_args.txt file.

Hay, mei Problem is:

 

I cant run the server with my .bat datei (java -Xms3G -Xmx3G -jar server.jar nogui)

The Problem: "Error: Unable to access jarfile server.jar"

so the start datei doesn't have access to the server file
