Hi, I wanted to download forge for the latest version of minecraft (1.18.1), I downloaded the file, opened it and selected: download client (the folder was correct (.minecraft)), the whole installation was successful and the message appeared: forge has been successfully installed. So I check in the launcher if forge is there, it's not there, I also checked the game files (versions folder) and it wasn't there either. This problem occurred to me many times with many versions. I was only able to download 1.12.2 a few years ago, and nothing else. Please help, because this problem is bothering me so much, I can't download any forge.
