How to make a Prism shape

Hello,

Anybody knows how to make a Prism (like a pyramid) shape in 1.18 ?
Like the spikes from Extra Utilities, or Carpenter's Blocks.
Is there a 1.18 mod that does it?
ex:
Block_Diamond_Spike.png

I tried to do it with BLockBench, but could not figure out how to do it.
