Previous version works without problems, here is my console log (Arch Linux, Zen kernel):

 

[nodata@nodata ~]$ cd Downloads/
[nodata@nodata Downloads]$ java -jar forge-1.18.2-40.0.13-installer.jar
Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile forge-1.18.2-40.0.13-installer.jar
[nodata@nodata Downloads]$ java -jar forge-1.18.2-40.0.12-installer.jar
JVM info: N/A - 17.0.3 - 17.0.3+3
java.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
Found java version 17.0.3
