Buggy reactions

I was ~2 Months not on the forge forums. Since I'm here again the forums are a little bit buggy, I couldn't choose which forum to create a topic in and I can just give hearts as reaction. I found some tricks to get around both problems, but I don't know how to fix this and if it's a problem with my browser or with the website.

(I tried on pc and phone, both same problems but both chromium-based browser)

Is there someone else experiencing these problems?
