Modpack will not let me add any mods above 384 mods???

Can you tell me what you see as the difference between these 3 logs, the first 2 are worlds not generating(385 mods), the last one is one where a new world can generate(384 mods)....No matter what mod I add to the pack to make it 385, it will not generate a world and is stuck on 0% forever, as long as the mods are 384 it generates a world fine, does not matter which mod is added or removed, it will not go higher than 384, which makes me believe im hitting some sort of limit on ID or something.....FOR EXAMPLE....i could add even the most simple mod, a mod that lets me zoom and see further, but because I have 385 mods it will not generate a world.....I can from what i tested remove or add any mod and the common thing is, if it is 384 mods it loads, if its 385 mods the world will be stuck on 0% generation. Any help appreciated, first 2 reports is world not generating, different mods were added and removed to make it 385 mods in the reports.....the last report is a world generating fine with 384 mods. Game version is 1.16.5.

I will do that as soon as i get back into the game, thank you, also I had to force end the first 2 sessions of the game, since the world would not generate, the last log is me saving and exiting the game

Generating a world with 385 mods in debug now, okay I generated a world with debug mode, where exactly is the log file found for debug? As I can only see latest.log in the logs folder but no debug log

By debug mode what I mean is I pressed SHIFT while creating world type to load a new world in debug mode, then did a /debug start /debug stop and /debug profile to get the above files I posted, ill try and get the debug log next then.

Sorry for the long delay here is the debug log of a world not generating, but this time being stuck on 100%, it just gets stuck on different numbers for some reason this is with 386 or 387 mods: https://gist.github.com/lSherozl/a11b3573c8940af62a45c2fd719e4cd8 along with the log report of the same debug https://gist.github.com/lSherozl/048c832aa376912b91c187486a4c4ed3  In the next one I added a mod to make it 388, and it was stuck on 54% generation, and the loading screen looked weird, it seems to generate that square thing from the side then goes to the middle and stops, sometimes its not a full square being generated but looks deformed. That is fine, I was able to have a reference and make it work with 376 mods, so I hope I am able to find out which mods afterwards is causing the issue, since its been clear that a world can generate with these mods so far.
