Draw a texture on a screen

I want to draw a png file as Title on a screen, but I have no Idea how to do this.

Update:

I found some fabric code where there is a method called drawTextureRectangle or something like that, but on forge this method doesn't exist. 

Am I missing something?

I found a forge project that also uses "drawTexturedModalRect", but I can't find it in 1.18.2
