Minecraft crashing on death, can no longer load in, happens to everyone on same server.

I am running into a problem on my modded minecraft server. I died in my world and the game crashed now everytime I try to load in the game sends me to a saving world screen then crashes. I am playing on 1.18.1 with forge. This is my crash log https://pastebin.com/P04BEg40. Please help thank you.
