Trying to start a create above and beyond server but the forge jar wont launch

So i've been trying to start a create above and beyond server for me and a friend or two, however the server refuses to start, i've attempted launching the base minecraft server and that worked, however the forge server does not, i also tried launching it with the reccomended start.bat but that won't work either, i have tried swapping out the forge version for the latest version. here's the latest.log file for launching with the .bat
