Minecraft Version is 1.18.2 and forge 40.1.0 

It shows  Connect timed out. My IDE is IntelliJ IDEA

When I try to ping mirrors.opencas.org , "Request timeout for icmp_seq 0"

Is this a problem with the Gradle mirrors?
