Can run Curseforge modpack fine in Singleplayer but Crashes when I start streaming on Discord

I've got a modpack composed of multiple mods however I can play it singleplayer just fine however whenever I start streaming the game to Discord it always crashes around 5 minutes later. I have been advised in the Curseforge Discord to rollback my GPU driver to a previous version however I would like to confirm if there are any other solutions that could fix it? 

Game Version: Minecraft 1.12.2 (using Forge Modloader 14.23.5.2860)

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q

GPU Version: 512.15 (released: March 03.22.2022)

iGPU: Intel UHD 630
