Minecraft 1.16.5 shockbyte server repeatedly crashing while restarting

Like the title says im trying to make a shockbyte server with mods. and i keep getting this crash log and i cant find any answers for it

thats the thing i deleted it and the 2 other mods the were causing issues in the report but it still gave me the same crash report

ill give it a shot tho again

-edit got done restarting the server without the mod and it still says the same crash report
