[1.19] Cannot connect to server after updating to new version (java.util.NoSuchElementException: packet_handler)

After updating my mod from version 1.18.2 to 1.19, whenever I join my test server, it displays this message:

The logs say that there is a an "Error executing task on Client" (java.util.NoSuchElementException: packet_handler). How can I fix this?
