Cant open modded servers

So ive been trying to make a server for a mod i like and ive run into to trouble were, if i run the server from the "Run.bat" its gonna give me a crash report being https://imgur.com/hXZ9L7e
Thing is, I used to be able to make servers just fine and i tried going back to see if i can use my old servers and now when i try to open those i get the crash report https://imgur.com/2UBcWPB
The second crash report happens with every single old server ive had, the first one happens on the new ones ive made, it only happens for my modded servers i can run vanilla servers just fine with run.bat
