Does anyone know how to make a new dimension in minecraft?  To get into the dimension, you have to go to the top of a climbable plant.  How do I do this?

But for making you teleport at the top, create a new block that acts like a portal, and in the plant spawning method thing, make it spawn at the top of the plant.
