Hi, I tried to make a server today on 1.12.2 and found it didn't work, When running the forge installer and installing the server it would install a vanilla server file and it would look like this https://gyazo.com/21e7c2049ecab2838d27622866fcd2a6

I then also tried to make a 1.16.5 server and it had the same issue but my 1.18 and 19 servers installed completely fine
