Attempting to start a Forge 1.7.10 modded server. Forge will not open or create any logs.

Hi, all. Attempting to start a Forge 1.7.10 modded server. When I click the Forge jar, it doesn't do anything. And when I try to run it from startup.bat, it gives me this shit.

It's not a mod issue because I literally CAN'T load any mods at the moment.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please and thank you!

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
