I have got a forge server 1.19.2 (forge 43.1.7) 20 slots with some mods (the list at the end of this message).

No error, everything is working well. 3 of us are able to reach the server.
2 others can't.The server shows as unreachable. (Can't connect to the server)
They have got the good IP-port, they use the right mods in their right version and they are using forge 43.1.7.
Soooooo... I don't know what is happening. What can they do to join the server? What should I investigate?
I'm not even sure where the problem comes from because some players can still join the server.
Some of them have completely reinstalled the game to see if it was due to corrupt files or conflicts. No changes..

Thank you in advance for your help!

This is not the complete log, but it seems as though the client or server is thinking the other is vanilla. Without the entire server log or client log, I cannot determine which is thinking what.

https://pastebin.com/twFCjzdq for the client.

For the server, there is literaly nothing at the moment this user is trying to log

Yeah, so it seems that the clients are seeing that the server is vanilla. I'm not sure why this is the case, but you may want to check to make sure the server is correct or that what they are trying to connect to (if the value is somehow cached) is correct.
