I can't run "forge:forge_client"

Version 1.12.2

IDE: Intellij

 

Hello, I have followed the forge doc to contribute to forge, but nothing works...
I can follow the doc 1.12.x or 1.19.x, but the doc 1.12.x doesn't work anymore with the git version 1.12.x, that's why I followed the doc 1.19.x which works a little bit better.
But here I am, trying to compile forge following the doc: gradle task | forge > Task > fg_runs > forge_client,
I have this error >

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
