can't install forge on 1.5.2

Ok so i'm using the latest available version of forge for 1.5.2. but whenever i try to install it i get this message:

Bad video card drivers!     

      -----------------------     

 

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.

This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

i have tried updating the video card driver but it didn't do anything and i dont want all the redundancies that are in hexit so could some one please tell me how to fix this so that i can install some of the mods from the hexit pack on their own.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled

      Maybe you need to create file in assets/<modid>/items/<itemname>.json with content like this:   { "model": { "type": "minecraft:model", "model": "modname:item/itemname" } }
