Problema With Forge installer

I download es The Latest Forge installers for a lot of versiones,but whenever i double-click One of them it says that something went wrong while installing because "stream"Is null,and un the log the only thing that it says it's the versión of My Java "17.0.4.1",this happen everytime that i oppen a Forge installer

Please provide the entire log anyways that's outputted in the installer. There is definitely more that should appear.

2 Weeks ago i got a new laptop and installed on it curseforge and normal minecraft and java, and wanted initialy to test how some modpacks would run to then start a new world to play when i had time.
Fresh windows 11 install, i wouldn't think anything could happen but bam error -1073741819, and i can't find any way to remedy this. I reinstalled java, updated drivers, reinstalled minecraft, launchers, even prism launcher, tried eclipse temurium instead of normal java... nothing seems to work

okay so, for reference im using The Obsessed mod, (not sure if it helps, but might as well include it), and it shows the driver issue popup in the logs, so i go through the three solutions, but it still pops up and minecraft doesnt. can i have some help? thanks! :)
