i have made some panels and trapdoors 
basically you take a block and split in four simetrical parts 

 

By the way this panels works it has sense to make them in the cutting table 

 

is posible to add mi blocks in a json some where ?

Yes, you can. People have made datapacks for cutting wood planks into stairs, etc. Just make your Json recipe files formatting exactly the same way the files are done for the Stone Cutter recipes.
