Every Minecraft version for forge keeps crashing, even if I have no mods in the mods folder

This doesn't seem like the entire debug.log file since I see no error within here.

I copied and pasted this from my latest debug.log file in the logs folder, where would I find the entire debug.log file

It should be in the file you copied. The report gets cut off at `Loading Configuration`, so try uploading the text into a pastebin or gist instead. You should rerun the game as well to make sure you didn't accidentally copy and paste only part of it.

Can you screenshot the crashing screen? I can't see any error in what you have provided unless it has to do with something during the config load. You could try deleting the config folder and see if that works.

Wow, deleting the config file actually works. Thank you so much I have been trying to resolve this issue for so long and found no help online and this was my last resort. I cant thank you enough.
