hello, what happens is that when I try to install the forge of any version I get the error that I mentioned earlier, if you need the log tell me and I'll send it to you. 

 java.net.ConnectException:Connection timed out: connect

After installing forge i can't join any servers.

It only occures on 1.19.x with forge installed.

Any other version or 1.19 without forge works normally .
