Is this a mod? or a configuration?

Hi! I was watching Tortillaland 2, and see that every time they grab something, the items names and quantity are displayed at the bottom right of the screen. Is That a MOD? (In that case, can anyone tell me the name of the mod?) Or is a main configuration (in this case, can anyone tell me how to activate it?)
