how to create an npc (like a mob with its 3d model and 20 hp) in the minecraft mod on 1.16.5 and when you click on it, it will write a chat dialog of several messages with the name "Test"

1.16.5 is no longer supported here. We only support 1.18.x and 1.19.x.

I'm not good at modding, but at least I can read a crash report (well enough). That's something, right?
