(1.16.5) Added New mods and Server isn't crashing, but people can't connect due to being timed out

I have a server with a custom modpack I've been playing on with some of my friends and last night I just added some more mods to it to help it get better TPS and just some other nice mods to have and now whenever people try to join they get an error saying they're timed out and I'm not really sure why. It was working beforehand so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any conflicts between some of these mods or of any known issues.

Any help is appreciated. I just added MCMT and FerriteCore so if anyone knows of any conflicts with those I might have on this pack please let me know.

1.16.5 is no longer supported. Please update to a modern minecraft version to receive support. The current supported versions are 1.19.x and 1.18.x
