[Modpack Creation] Crashes in Creative Inventory because of Rendering Item Error

What happened? In the Creative Menu, the game freezes and crashes when I go to Page 4. I check the Crash Log, and it says it is having an issue rendering an item. I have tried going through JEI through all the items to see if I can pinpoint a specific mod, but any item rendered in JEI doesn't crash Minecraft. This means this must ONLY happen in the Creative Menu and not the JEI menu.
