I am just trying to install an older version of Minecraft. And It is showing me an error, cant download 1.16.3.jar and if I install a newer version it says the same thing.

1.16.3 is no longer supported here. Please attempt to reproduce your issue with 1.18.x or 1.19.x versions of forge.

I'm not good at modding, but at least I can read a crash report (well enough). That's something, right?
