My OMG server on Ragnamod 6 is always crashing

I got a problem because everyday my server on OMG server with the modpack Ragnamod 6 is meeting a problem. At the beginning I can play and then the server is not working anymore but it's still up. Moreover I can't read my world in the singlepayer mod. This is kina boring bcoz I'm always loosing all my work.

When I want to connect on my server I have "???" like this and when i can see this, I know that it won't work anymore

 

I don't know what to do and I'm very desperate. If someone could help me it would be wonderful !!

 

PS : Sorry for my english I'm kinda bad
