I'm modifying base classes without ASM right now. Eventually, I'll transition to that but I can't do that ATM.

What I'm doing right now is trying to just install the mod like a 1.5.2 era mod. However, I get this:

There is a binary discrepency between the expected input class net.minecraft.world.World (abv) and the actual class. Checksum on disk is f82072fb, in patch 4d2d3628. Things are probably about to go very wrong. Did you put something into the jar file?

How can I fix this?

I'm fairly confident you can, I'm just not sure how to. If it turns out I can't though, I'll go ASM route.

add these to your JVM arguments in eclipse or the launcher if your doing it pre-1.6 style. I would still recommend going the 1.6 route. add this to your JVM args for it to work

-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true
