How do i fix forge 1.11.2 not installing?

This is the whole log I don't know why but it doesn't seem to be installing fully

Wait, how are you determining that the installation was not successful? I just confirmed that the log output is accurate, and the version shows up in the 'Installations' section of the launcher.

im now trying to install 1.8.9 forge and it is still not working

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.

[SOLVED][1.21.8 | Forge 58.0.5] How to cancel InputEvent.MouseScrollingEvent?

Personally, I just use event.SetCanceled(true) in my handler and it blocks the scroll well.
Even if the method does not appear clear, it is available via the Cancellable interface.
It works at home without additional hacks.
