Here's what it says when I open run.bat also for context I re-downloaded Java 17

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>REM Forge requires a configured set of both JVM and program arguments.

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>REM Add custom JVM arguments to the user_jvm_args.txt

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>REM Add custom program arguments {such as nogui} to this file in the next line before the  or

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>REM  pass them to this script directly

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>"C:\Program Files\Eclipse Adoptium\jdk-17.0.5.8-hotspot\bin\java.exe" @user_jvm_args.txt @libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.18.2-40.1.93/win_args.txt
The system cannot find the path specified.

C:\Users\\OneDrive\Desktop\The Way\Games\V Server>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

Please let me know what I need to do as I am very amateur with all of this. Thanks.
