Doesn't matter what mods. It fails to start. I have literally no idea what to do or what's going on. I have Java 20, Java 17, and Java 8 installed on the machine. Command line java -version and javac -version both say using Java 20. Latest log: https://pastebin.com/gSvZZaGW 

EDIT: It loads fine with appleskin because it doesn't have any mixin classes. But literally ONE mod (I tested with forgeendertech library mod) with mixin classes makes the server fail to load.

    This has been solved. The issue is that I was using Java 20. Switching to Java 17 solved all my problems.
