Forge Mod loader problem?

Hello, version 1.6.4 just came out a few days ago so i wanted to download the new forge version but there was a problem after i downloaded the forge from the OFFICAL website there occured a problem i installed it normally clicked on it after a little bit this appeared                                                                     i really dont know what that is i asked other people but no one could help me...

 

could somebody help me here pls?

 

and again even when i try to click OK or on the x button nothing happens..

run with the terminal

java -jar minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.0.891.jar

In the log, if you see an error with jopt-simple, argo, guava or xz, update to java 7

Thanks for the help but i have never runned something with terminal is there an tutorial for that? And java is working because last version was working just fine with 1.6.4
