when i'm about to explode a specific part of the world, it freezes (the inventory doesn't open, but the game keeps running)

im playing a modpack 1.16.5 made by me and the game keeps running correctly, but everything (include inventory stop working) its complety freezed

and this happen when "ignoring unknown attribute" appears in the console, after this everything come freeze

i can post the information what you need, someone can help me? 😧
