StoneBlock 3 Internal Exception Error

[YaBoyNamedBrady]

Hello, Recently I had started up a Minecraft Server with the modpack StoneBlock3. I got the server files straight from FTB client and uploaded it all to the server correctly. The server runs fine. Logs/Console give no errors starting it up.. When a player joins, it brings us to the loading screen and then fades to black. Then it displays this error for anyone trying to join:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codecDecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(12) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(12): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 12, widx: 12, cap: 12)

Doing some research I found that this error relates to an outdated or wrong-version of a mod within the modpack. Has anyone else had any issues with this while running Stoneblock 3? I check the logs, there is no error. No crash error. Nothing. Just says in the player has joined & then disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
