I want to check if the source of the player's attack is a Skeleton,But I can't find the corresponding API

Assuming 1.20.1, you can subscribe to the LivingDamageEvent and get the DamageSource from there:

@SubscribeEvent
public static void onDamage(final LivingDamageEvent event) {
    final DamageSource source = event.getSource();
}

With the DamageSource you can then check if it's caused by an arrow. Probably by source.type() and checking if it matches DamageTypes.ARROW
